Any news of when you can get the apple tv app for philips tv? Cant find anything anywhere
So, after waiting several months since the announcement that Apple TV was now available on Philips Android TVs, I was finally able to install the Apple TV app on my Philips TV. But when I open Apple TV it displays:
"Software Update Required. To use the Apple TV app, please install the latest Android TV software version in Settings."
When I check for updates for the Philips TV, it tells me there are no updates, and I already have the latest version.
This is a mess.
Search on the Play Store of your TV, it should be available starting today.
