Why I can't play this file on my android TV?

I tried MX Player and VLC, I didn't want to share the link here because ... torrnet but I want to know why and how can I fix it.

it normal chiness brandless android TV it work great with all other files just this one, it work normaly on my PC

Did you get the media info from any software other than MediaInfo? Some informations are missing

I'm not clicking on that link, but what's the file extension?
If VLC can't play it then there's probably something wrong with the file.
