You are seeing a buggy implementation of 1080i video. The encoded frame is actually 1088 pixels high with 8 pixels getting cropped. That cropping is not being performed in your example. If you can't get it fixed at the sending or receiving side you can try to hide it with overscan or similar settings. (Or masking tape as someone else already suggested)
What app are you using for gallery or what media player are you using to watch videos?
Install VLC if you haven't already and use that as default player.
Probably your TV is using the full information off the video including the safe area of the video that is why you watch the bottom imperfections that usually is the safe area of the video should try to the format settings in picture settings to make your TV do overscan on your video and avoid watch the safe area
If nothing fixes it, just add an electrical tape at the bottom and have a slightly thicker bottom bezel
