The 32" TCL 3 Series is pretty often around $100ish on sale (though seems to be $130 at Walmart right now and $160-170 on Amazon). Walmart's Onn brand is similarly cheap, with a 32" listed at $130 right now (though if you can go bigger and your local store has it in stock, there's also a 50" for $128 listed on their website as 'in store only'). The TCL's available with either Roku or Android TV. I think the Onn TVs are all Roku.
