Make sure to report the issue at the YouTube Feedback website, explaining in detail the situation and add the current version you're using.
Mmm not seeing the issue. I launch a video and press any of the navigation buttons and it shows me the title, number of views, the published date, and the channel name.
I was getting the same. Cleared cache/data and when I logged in again, all was well.
