The new Google TV Chromecast has a current deal @ free with 6 month Netflix prepay. You'll get a credit to apply to your existing Netflix account, and then could spend the $50 on a compatible USB type C hub and PD power supply @ minimum 35 watts. Otherwise, you'll need to up your budget to get a certified Android TV device with ethernet and USB ports.
