I used Haystack for a bit. It's kinda handy when you want to start your day with a quick weather forecast and some headlines.
Prime Video actually has some local News feeds for my area.
Haystack News is a great app for news, not sure about their local offering though.
Tubi app has a lot of local Fox Affliliates like Q13 in Seattle, free app, simple registration makes using the app much easier. Also there are apps like NBCNews Now and ABC has something similar for more of a National Stream
Locast has local tv channels for free
