Mi box S, can't see router

I need some help. I have been using a Mi box for many months without issues. I moved to another house with a different router. The first time I connected the Mi box to the router everything was fine. After I restarted the Mi box the router disappeared and I can't see it, in the available network list, or use it anymore for internet. I restarted both many times but without success. In the available network list i can see many other but not my house router. Anyone knows why or any solution about this?

Tried changing the WiFi channel on the router? If 2.4GHz, try CH1, 6 or 11. For 5GHz any should work but maybe test with 36 - 48.

In wi-fi, there's an option at the bottom called "Scanning always available". Turn that on & your router should appear at the list of wi-fi networks.
