Any ideas on which webcams work with Sony Bravia Android TVs for Google Duo video calling?
I currently use Logitech C270 for my Sony X90H Android TV but C320 seems to work fine. I decided on C270 as the AIDA64 Android TV reported that X90H can only support at most 720p resolution for the UVC webcam profile. I have no issue with its microphone.
Any UVC (Universal Video Class) webcam work, the BIG problem with webcam support on Android TV relies in the microphone, for some reason the OS doesn't pick it, though some Logitech webcams work such as the C270.
Please do note that webcam support is only available with Android 9 and above.
Anyway, there is currently a bug report at Google's Issue Tracker website where you can track this issue, you can also add a comment there if you want.
