Starz app (my account) works on my PS4, Xbox One, and a friend's Apple TV, but not for Chromecast TV? I can't think of a single reason why it would let me cast from my phone, but not from my Android TV device.

It's stating that the app is not available on the new Android TV OS... Have you tried to side load the regular android apk? (not the tvos apk)

Starz app is in the Google Play Store on Chromecast w/Google TV and my Android TV devices— installed and using it with no problems, so must be a Spectrum issue.
