Windows 10 listing like 40 different bluetooth devices for my Android TV

by midazz1

So I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but why does my windows laptop see like 40 different TV's even though there's just one (obviously)? It's in bluetooth settings and it's very annoying when I'm trying to find an actual bluetooth device (all other devices just have one listing).

The TV is a PHILIPS THE ONE 50PUS7394/12, an AndroidTV, hence why I'm asking here :)

This is actually the DLNA renderer portion of your TV being detected via UPnP, and the unique identifier is changing every time the TV loads the DLNA software. There should be an option to turn off "sharing" from the TV and that should prevent this issue. Wish I had a better fix for you 🤷🏻‍♂️
