I need help, I bought this tv on black Friday in 2019 for only like $300 and it was great.

65pfl5504/f7 But this past year it constantly has issues with connecting to internet. Every other device is fine except this one, I'm using ethernet and everything. Doesnt work over wifi either. Some days it does, some days it doesn't. I can get on Netflix, Hulu and even use puffin browser. But Disney+, YouTube, Hbomax, Google store etc, doesn't work. What the actual f**k? Can anyone help me? I factory reset this like 2 months ago and it fixed it for a while, but I shouldn't have to do that bs. Now it's back, I tried turning unplugging it for a bit, still persists. I'm connected through ethernet when these work, yet I can't even connect with wifi either. This TV is absolutely garbage

I feel your pain. After a few hours of troubleshooting I realised it wasn't worth my time and got a Shield TV. For $50 you can get a CCWGTV that just works with no fiddling.

Try changing your dns settings on your TV to the Google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). This worked on my Philips android TV.

That's happening with lot of android devices. Make sure you check the date and time on your device if it's wrong google apps will not work. You can set it manually or use the below app if you have root access. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.xrea.poca.clocksync

According to the Philips website, it supports Ethernet and wireless LAN 802.11 ac (wi-fi 5).

What does it say on your router page when it's connected to the internet?
