Is there a cheap HDMI switch that you can control with an Android app that's available in the US?

A receiver is the only type of HDMI switch I know of that has something like this. Even then, it varies from brand to brand. My Denon cannot do it. I get automatic switching by CEC commands. Another option is a switch that switches to the active input automatically. If no signal, it's ignored. When there's signal, it switches to that input.
