Hello guys, iam using TCL C 715 firmware V620 Iam having a problem with Youtube and disney plus application while watching videos on both the video freezes and iam not able to go back or switch off the tv using remote. The only way to switch it off is to remove the plug. Any ways to fix it?
you know, i just updated my tcl tv too and its causing plenty of stucks here and there.
If you can update your tv till V620, i'd suggest downgrading the firmware. I'm doing so myself now with a clean format.
