TCL ANDROID TV APPS NOT WORKING FIX!!!

SO I was dealing with a problem today where my tv would turn on fine and navigate to any app. However, as soon as I decided on one and clicked it, any show/movie/etc. would not load on any of my apps. Optimization and cache clearing/etc. would not fix it.
FIX: All I had to do was go to settings, device preferences, quick start, and disable quick start. Then, turn tv off and back on and everything was back to normal. You can enable quick start again. Hope this helps someone in my previous position!

You can also hold the power button for 10 secs to shutdown the tv... ot go to about and select restart.

Hi, I also have same problem with TCL43p715 have followed your comments. Have disabled the quick start up and time zone setting is also correct. However when i try to access youtube it works approx. 5 out of 10 attempts which is so annoying. What can be the probable cause of this problem? Youtube does not open up and does not load any content. App store also does not shows any icons loading, mostly are grayed icons without app logos being loaded.

I think there is some problem that is causing all google apps apps and app store not to load or function on smart tv. Anyone else who is facing this issue or what can be the solution?

This is happening to me the quick start and reboot works for a while then it does it again did anyone figure this out please help! Thank you

This is usually caused by timezone being misconfigured. Change the timezone to the correct one and it should fix it. For tcl, sometimes it reverts back so just set it back again.
