Mi Box or DTH Android TV Boxes (like Tata Sky Binge Plus or Airtel Xstream Box). The DTH Android TV Boxes will be cheaper around 2000 Rs. with support for both Netflix and Prime Video for Airtel Xstream and only Prime Video for Tata Sky. If you don't want to pay monthly charges for those, you can uninstall default launcher using ADB and install any 3rd party launcher (As the recharge lock is only implemented on the launcher only not on the whole box.) .
