Chromecast with Google TV Storage Issue

Hello Fellow Reddit! I'm reaching to the community to figure out why I can't find the storage available on chromecast with Google TV.

I received a notification for an app that needed to be update but when I try doing it it told me I didn't have enough space. All I find under setting --> storage is 4.4GB. Is that the total space the chromecast with Google TV have? Because that's pretty low considering this supposed to be streaming device that support a lot of apps.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

All the info is right there next to the storage tab. Yes the device only has 4.4gb usable. That's pretty much standard for the budget devices.

You can buy a usb type c hub and connect external usb to it. Also an ethernet adaptor is you want. No other way to expand storage

Clear the caches on some apps and run the update again
