Hi all,
As per the title. The unit is great, but if I do a soft restart via the menu, it just goes into a boot loop with the logo and I have to pull the power.

Any ideas appreciated!
EDIT: Replacing the USB C hub fixed it. Thanks u/systembomb.
I have the same build and have only had this since Friday night 4/2. This morning there is voice control and navigation within apps (once opened with voice) but home screen is unresponsive except to move on and off of “For You”. First I tried re-pairing remote, that was a hassle where I had to download Android TV app and then it still didn’t work to navigate home screen. I pulled the power plug and waited 5 minutes. Good as new lol. Try doing that. Seems like when it’s left in standby for too long without shutting down (which there doesn’t seem to be an actual “Off” button for the chromecast) it starts to have issues with wifi connectivity etc
Edit: I’m sorry I’m re-reading you HAVE pulled the power. Maybe this isn’t the same issue. Does pulling power make it work for you?
Soft restart? Isn't that just a restart or reboot?
Are you using a USB C Hub? Depending on the hub I have seen others report a similar issue.
