Why does Google have such a lack of 4K content to buy compared to Amazon and Apple? Even absolute blockbusters like Terminator 2 are missing when everyone else has them, is there a reason behind this or do they just have the worst store administration ever?
It's just not a good store, I don't know so much about what they have and don't have in 4k becasue there is no reason to by anything there. Vudu is so much better in every way. Sometimes Google just lets stuff languish Play Movies and TV suffers from that decision making.
Sidenote: Terminator 2 is available in 4K? How is it?
Kinda, in my region for example, they used to release the original english version and the dubbed version in two separate entries, if I wanted to have a kids movie with both languages I had to buy the two versions, I sent a lot of feedback about that situation and they finally started to release movies with all the available languages in one single entry.
Earlier releases are still separated though and I won't see them gathered in one single entry for now.
