I have Chromecast Plus Google TV and most of the apps (Peacock+, PBS. Paramount+) are failing. They show they are starting, and then the home screen comes back. How can I address this and get it working again?

well first have you tried rebooting? Next have you tried clearing the cache? setting -> system -> storage -> internal shared storage -> cached data
