Hey,
I was purchasing a Philips 55OLED754 with SAPHI last year, can I replace the motherboard from an 55OLED804 to get AndroidTV? In SAPHI there is no Disney+ and I must use an Amazon FireTV Stick.
Just wondering if its possible :)

well, it "may" be possible, but it may require so much time on researching that unless you are an expert (which I suppose you are not) it is not worth the effort.
No it's not that simple
Don’t know if replacing form two different brands will work. You’re usually better off buying an android tv box something like a Mi Box or a Shield, something in that ball park. That way the tv could be anything and the android tv system could be updated along the way or at least be cheaper if ever in need to replace or upgrade.
If they have used the same panel for the replacement board ,and the ribbon cables fit . It possible they may different pin outs to existing Main order. Firmware will have to be loaded on via USB... Have fun ! 🤪
I would just buy a nvidia shield. Well worth the money and is allot faster than any android tv. I have a Android tv and bought the shield as it ran so much smoother.
Some have able to fork Android TV on PC so maybe you can flash old PC for the same and connect it to TV and that way possible to run latest Android?
Given the price of tv's, likely not worth the time and money.
