Unfortunately, Netflix only allows certain devices to use their app. If your TV didn't come with Netflix pre-installed, it's probably not one of them.

You will probably have better luck using Kodi with its Netflix add-in. That is a little complicated to set up, but it will work on any device with Widevine support.
