My TCL P8S android TV support Dolby Vison but when I play Dolby Vision videos, it only show purple screen as described in photo below with sound playing normally. How can I fixed it? Already reset my TV and it didn't work?

If you have already tried factory resetting, then the only other option is to get it replaced. I hope it's under warranty.

Btw have you tried different DV videos? Could be an issue with one specific video you are trying to play.

Try different player, like VLC or MX.
