Hi all
I have the Xiaomi tv-stick and it lags hard when using Plex and Netflix, so now i want to buy a better stick.
It doesn't have to be fancy, i just need it to be full hd and able to play Plex and Netflix.
What should i buy?

I'd go for latest Chromecast with Google TV, a Mi-Box S, or a Fire TV 4k stick. alternately a NVIDIA Shield would be tops, but not required.
How about the Firestick 4k? I got one and I can vouch for one...
Virtually lagless and plays Netflix. I have not used plex on it but if you mean as an app to view videos/streams, it should handle it just fine I suppose.
I mean this suggestion maybe thought too simple, but how about a
Google Chromecast with Google TV ?
They're dirt cheap and with the ethernet power supply you don't even need wifi anymore.

Probably the best bang for your buck is the Mi Box S.
I use it for exactly what you're asking for and I've had zero hassle so far.
I use an external server for Plex so I'm barely using any of the storage. You can use the USB to plug in a flash drive though I don't know how you'd set that up to be a server for Plex.
It doesn't have an ethernet port but you can get an adaptor to go in through the USB, though that would impede the above point about using it for extra storage.
But whatever the case I'm happy with what I've got
