I have a US WWE Network account, but because I live in Canada, my new Chromecast with GoogleTV geolocks me out of downloading it. Any way around this? I have access to a VPN as well.

If you use vpn set to the usa, you should be able to use it...
WWE Network in the US is being discontinued for NBCs Peacock.

I don't have this device but one way to jump between Google Play markets is to Force Close Google Play (GP) App, clear cache on GP, connect to USA VPN, then open GP again. To switch back disconnect from and repeat the same process as before.
