Often it forgets what episode I was watching and starts the same one at the end of an episode, or it starts playing with no video just audio and subtitles etc.
Is this just me, or a common issue?

Common, sadly Hulu is poorly engineered
yeah i have that happen too
Hulu has always been crap on AndroidTV. If you don’t need the live portion, then sideload version 2.1.3. It works great, and the interface is a lot better.
