I see Picard recommended . I have a subscription to CBS All Access. It is linked to my account. But yet when I go to watch it, it sends me to Prime Video and CBS All Access is not in the options listed to watch it.

I had and still have this issue with CBS, i ended up cancelling CBS all Access. Mainly because i was done watching Picard but also because none of the CBS tv shows or movies appeared in Google Search so the app became useless. Its incredible to me that these developers do not support the hardware better (like Hulu or Prime as well) , The more integration the more likely I am to use the app and continue paying for it. I also cancelled Hulu recently.
The CBS All Access app will be re-branded as Paramount+ on march 4th, you'll receive an update of the app with the new name and MAYBE you'll get a better experience in that regard, otherwise I suggest to report the issue directly with the developer.
Where are you located? I know Picard was on Prime outside the US
