If it's Android TV it will run Netflix not every box is Android TV. Could make a difference which Android TV devices are available based on what country you are in.

If money is no object Nvidia Shield Pro, mid tier would be Nvidia Shield TV, lower prices would be Chromecast with Google TV.
Mi TV Box S is a good and cheap option, but I don't know if it's available in your region.
Chromecast with Google TV is your best bet if you don't want to spend much money. If you don't care about money and/or are into gaming get the Nvidia Shield.
