Prime Video is showing up a black screen when I try to play anything. I can hear the sound but no picture. I am having trouble deleting the app to reinstall. It isn’t showing up in the play store and in settings there is no option to delete Prime Video, only an option to disable. Any other app that is on my tv can be uninstalled. I’ve logged out and back in, disabled, turned the tv off and on. Any tips on how to either fix the black screen issue or uninstall and reinstall? Thanks!
clear storage on the prime video app? review other apps installed on the tv which could be causing an incompatibility? factory reset the tv as a last resort, and if immediately after it still doesn't work then it's amazon or the tv itself.
i don't use prime all the time on my series 4, but when i do it works. suppose a recent update could've been bad though.
anyway- beyond that if you want more control over the preinstalled apps, you can turn on dev mode and jiggle them with adb.
