Today I noticed that its different and does not have apps on the left side
The update was announced at the beginning of february as a server switch update which it's still rolling out worldwide prior to have the Android TV Home and the Android TV Core Services apps updated to the latest versions.
The icons on the left were removed but you still can add/remove channels and also move them up/down just by moving to the left as you would do with the previous interface.
Besides this, there's two new tabs at the top and you can also tweak the new recommendations when you go to settings -> device settings -> Android TV Home, there's a new option where you can add and remove some services.
