On every Android based device I've tried it seems not to be working. The live streams on both my Shields are a stuttering mess. The NBC app won't even start on both my phone and my Vizio. It only seems to be working on my iPad, so I cast it to my Vizio.
This thread made me realize that I have never even signed into my NBC app.
After signing in, nothing seems to be working for me either. Peacock was messed up for me a few nights ago as well, I wonder if it's related.
