No ethernet. Moved working ethernet cable from computer to KM6, still no km6 ethernet.
Replaced km6 with km1 ethernet works.

Excellent warranty service from Banggood. When they saw it was over $60 to return the defective KM6 to China, with tracking, they refunded me the complete purchase price and told me to not return the defective one.
Did you try resetting the device to factory settings?
If that doesn't work you should ask for a replacement or a refund, it may be defective.
Interesting, I removed the KM6 for a day then reinstalled. Ethernet came back on. After about an hour ethernet went down and only wifi works again. I contacted Banggood and they want pictures and video of what's happening and pictures og the box with sku number. This might be a process to get a replacement.
I suggest not buying a half ass device.
