My idiot brother in law put my Google remote somewhere in the house and can't remember where because he is an idiot. I'm trying my best 007 moves to find it with a Bluetooth scanner app. Does anyone happen to know if there is any common vendor ID I can use pick which one of the 20+ devices it is.
Totally doesn’t help now... but I had to get a tile sticker to be able to ring the remote. The kids lose it alllll the time. Why is this not built into all remotes at this point? “Hey google where’s the damn remote?!”

For me these small remotes always slide between the couch cushions and slips down to the edges and also Depending on the color it tends to camouflage against the background of a similar shade.
Can you use the "find my device" function in your google account to find it like you can a phone?
