Using Philips 65oled854 TV. When connecting to VPN with nordvpn the internet (ethernet) disconnects.
Any fix for this? Seems like a isssue with android according to my searches on the web.

Yes, go to settings. Network and internet. Proxy settings and select none. It will kick back on and you will be connected via VPN on ethernet.
You do have to do it each time you connect to VPN, but it is a fix
I also have this issue on tivo stream and open vpn. Is it fixed in v10?
Unfortunately not, it's a limitation of android 9
