My ISP is having problems today, so I'm watching videos off the server on my LAN on my Bravia TV. Problem is, every time the Internet craps out, the TV decides the WiFi must be bad and disconnects.
Is there a setting somewhere to force the "bad" WiFi to stay connected? On Android phones I've seen a dialog pop up asking if it should stay connected, but I don't see that on the TV.
Yes. Bridge your cable modem/router and use a separate router for your wireless network. If your internet craps out, your wifi network will still be unaffected.
