Hi, i just got a new smart tv from Philips and i saw that their own OS (Saphi Smart TV) and i was wondering if I can somehow change it to Google TV.

Simple answer is NO.
Probably best bet is the Chromecast with Google TV, it won't replace the OS but you can use the Chromecast instead of the TV homepage
