Looking for recommendation on an Android TV box that supports 4K HDR AND the HDMI port supports ARC (Audio Return Channel). Currently my PI 3 does ARC but no 4k. It's really nice to control my reciever's audio with my PI remote and enjoy 4K HDR goodness.

You don't need ARC on an android tv box, ARC is for sending sound from tv or devices connected to a tv to soundbar/receiver.
