So I bought my mom a android tv, the PHILIPS 43PUS8545 which has Android 9 installed. I was wondering if its possible to remote control the tv from my home, so I can put on a movie for her. She's 73 and really not handy with tech.

If I google it I find some apps but its always on Wifi only.

Or maybe there's a way I can login to her modem so its like I'm using her local network?
