Binge is on the play store, so I assume it does. I have it on my android TV, I don't have the chromecast with Google TV tho

Works surprisingly well for a Foxtel app, too.
There is an app Binge for Android TV which works on the Chromecast with Google TV. However this app does not have integration into the Google TV homescreen, there are no appearances of any content from Binge TV listed on the For You tab of the Google TV homescreen.
