Try to do a factory reset. A bit tricky to find for this exact device, this guy does it: Skip to about 1:15 in https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Spq8KCyfw_g
You probably want to refund or replace the stick.
If you have a TV that’s new enough to run Tizen, it’s probably about as good as the mi tv stick.
The mi stick is garbage and won’t be much better than the built in experience

I'm using it with Samsung TV cuz Samsungs TizenOS sucks haha. And only thing it shows me (MI TV Stick) after booting android screen is this screen.
