I need to get a smart TV or stick, I found the xiaomi Mi stick is good because we can’t put any power bricks as we have a very tight space, If I got the mi stick, I could add a power bank or connect it to the tv’s usb. Mi box s is... because our space is tight, we can’t power it With the adapter. I need decent choice not something with 4k, ultra hd. Which one should I choose?
Powerbank or tv usb output? Theese are not solutions and will create more problems.

Mi stick is unusable for me. Mi box s is ok for the price.
I have a Stick and I power it by the TVs USB output, but be aware, people say that it gets laggy if it doesn't have proper airflow to cool down
I would say avoid the Mi TV stick. It likes to overheat and crash and shows artifacting/video lagging on YouTube, Netflix, Disney + and Prime Video.

You need to be careful. You tv or power bank must have a 5v outpout, otherwise the stick will have issues
I think most feedback on the stick is bad. The mibox s is decent for price use. I have an s and it's fine. I have a 3 and the s is better. I do not have a stick.
price difference is very little between Google tv and mibox s. unless you need USB, go for Google tv. different markets... different rates.
Stick is awful with its 1gb of ram. Never ending issues
