Fire TV devices "Live Guide" allows this.
I am actually looking for something like this as well - but have had no luck. I do know that Fire TV has a "hidden" guide that works with both of these services, but it just more or less combines the guides into one, so you scroll through and it will show the guide for Sling, then the guide for PlutoTV, and so on. It only supports a few apps so far.
