Keeps freezing Videos mecool km3

Could someone tell me how to fix freezing bug? Mecool km3 android 10. Internet speed 120mbs on box

Tried a lot iptv apps tivimate, televizo and others and with all of them keeps freezing. Only goes sound and video freezes.

Tried power off, cleaned caches. Also tried couple iptv other sellers and its the same.

Any one have idea how to fix it? Maybe downgrade firmware to 9 but how to do it?

Many apps are still not optimized for Android 10, take into account that only a few devices are on Android 10 and it appears those apps you tried to use are still not optimized. Just be patient.

I think it's not possible to roll back to Android 9 but you can contact Videostrong for support at their website Mecool Online .

try using an external player like vlc. i know some of the iptv apps allow it. see if that helps

How do you know the streams actually work? Have you tried a VPN? Have you tried the same accs in your phone with and without your wifi? You have to eliminate where is the problem originating from, either the streams, or the box or your isp
