Firestick or Roku for full set of UK apps inc. All4, Now TV, BT sport or Appletv+
Whatever you do don't buy the the mi TV stick. It is underpowered and slow. Terrible experience

Chromecast with Google TV is the best bang for your buck streaming device. Slightly more powerful than Firestick 4k and less bloatware than Fire OS on Firesticks.
Chromecast TV has been good. I would do that over any of the others unless you outside the US so google devices have no support.
I recommend Google TV, easily sideload more apps than the Firestick.
Firestick TV is good too.
