Use of Hands free voice control ; play/pause, rewind/ forward on Prime Netflix YouTube Disney Spotify? when cook, clean etc? via TV in built far field mics or / linked Voice Asst Speaker?

• Linked Fire TV Box / Alexa/ Google Asst Speakers?
• ..
• WY? I find a lot of times I am watching stuff I like to keep busy or get some errands done.
  • PS: Familiar with Remote Button based Mic - but that would not be Hands free.
  • Just content search is not enough, would need Control of Playback.
