Hey guys, I recently was gifted a Hisense AndroidTV for Christmas. It’s great except for one thing. When I am playing video games or watching a movie, the TV will randomly open the Home Screen. I have no idea why or how this is happening. I’ve searched Google, went to r/Hisense (and got no response) and I’ve found nothing. I’m honestly at the end of my rope with this TV. Does anyone know what might be the problem? I’ve checked all the setting on the TV and I have store mode turned off, and I have the screen saver turned off as well.

Your last resort is to reset it to factory settings and put t to the test again for a few days, also make sure all the apps are up to date, specially the Android TV home app. Also make sure the TV has the latest firmware installed.
If that doesn't work, you can post a bug report at the Issue Tracker website explaining in detail the situation.
