Just got my first android tv (nvidia shield). I have a large collection of movies that I have copied to an external sdd attached directly to the box. What is the best media library manager available. Totally willing to purchase something if it’s worth while. I should mention I’m very particular about things so adding cover art and meta data would be a bonus.

I have a full tower stuffed with hdds and Ive tried Plex, but it does have a habit of mislabeling shows. Because I organize all my media by file directory (example /Movies/Sci-Fi/Star Wars/Star.Wars.Episode.I.The.Phantom.Menace.mkv) I have no need to have other apps "organize" my already organized content.
Im sure there are add-ons/plug-ins for Kodi that add cover art and all, just like Plex does, but its a sure bet the bigger your collection, the more its going to mislabel stuff.
