Looking for an app to screen record at 1080p 60fps, 40Mbps bitrate and internal audio

Question

There is an app called Screen Recorder (it needs to be sideloaded) but it doesn't record internal audio, it only records audio if you use a mic.

Then there are sever apps (including Nvidia Share) that can record internal audio with 1080p 60fps video but with very low bitrate.

If someone know an app that can do all what I mentioned in the tiltle please let me know :)

Wouldn't a screen capture device work?

I'm pretty sure to get internal audio you need to be rooted.

Mac screen recorder with audio recorder mic and overlay it , cheap as you can likely get .
