I have a good pair of headphones that I switch between my devices so every night I have to go to do 4/5 steps in order to connect them. Do you know any alternative of connecting them like an icon in the launcher or something like that?

It's down to the manufacturer. My cheap Jabra Move headphones can connect to multiple devices simultaneously, whereas my much more expensive Sony WH-1000 XM2 can only do one at a time.
It's the device that's choosing, not the TV, least that's my understanding of Bluetooth.
