Is there a way to remap a MI tv remote Netflix and prime video buttons? I tried button remapper but all it does when I add button it actually opens up the app, I disabled Prime and tried it again but then nothing happens.

You can't. Don't waste your time. I've tried everything and I couldn't. (Tasker, event logging, disabling the apps, button remapping, etc) it's encrypted as well as the volume control button.

I have Mi TV 4x 50"
I would've thought it would work the same on any android TV device. Works perfect on my Chromecast with Google TV.
